SANTA CLARA, Calif. — Receivers coach Jerry Sullivan approached rookie Josh Morgan after a San Francisco 49ers training-camp practice yesterday, just before the burgeoning receiver was about to do a television interview. Sullivan then simulated a man upchucking.
