At 1-3 DeAnza College is at the opposite end of the spectrum from 3-1 Yuba. But the 49ers are facing a new challenge on Saturday, coming off their first loss of the season and looking to regain momentum before heading into a bye week and then the start of Bay Valley Conference play on Oct. 13.
