Terrell Owens and Tony Romo had a hard time putting their playoff loss to the eventual Super Bowl champion New York Giants behind them. But the partnership, which Owens calls the best he’s had with a QB in the NFL, is set to take off for 2008 with a renewed cast for America’s Team.
